工作地点:上海 英特尔中国 IP,安全,芯片组,及产品设计工程部作为 Intel 设计工程部(DEG China)的一部分,对x86,RISC-V 等处理器核心,业界领先 IP,以及 SoC 在先进制程上进行 Pre-Silicon 仿真和功能验证。在这里你可以了解并亲自参与芯片开发设计验证到产品化的过程。这是一个有创新精神的团队,我们的工程师每年都有科研成果发表论文,申请产品专利并落地成产品。它也是一个具有全球化视野的成长型团队,这里为你提供充分的成长空间以及与来自全球团队的紧密合作。团队的资深架构师和资深工程师们欢迎你的加入,你来到这里可以参与不同的工作内容并且成长为相关领域的专家。我们会根据你的能力和兴趣安排以下工作岗位。验证工程师负责 IP 或 SOC 上一个或多个功能模块并执行相关的验证任务,包括使用 UVM 方法搭建测试平台以及创建测试用例。职责包括:制定验证测试计划,定义和运行系统仿真模型,分析调试各种错误与 RTL 中设计 bug;。协助 FPGA 验证和硅片验证,协助系统的验证和测试工作。搭建回归以及大规模测试用例验证的环境。分析代码覆盖率和功能覆盖率,实现覆盖率和 bug 曲线的收敛;能读懂并创建不同测试平台的测试计划:IP 库/复杂 IP 以及子系统。本科及以上学历,微电子、计算机、电子信息等相关专业;熟悉 Verilog 和 System Verilog 语言和 SVA 等;熟悉 UVM/OVM 验证环境,有使用 UVM 搭建环境的经验;熟悉 Linux/Unix 环境,熟悉 Perl,Python 和 Shell 脚本语言;了解 SoC 总线,接口,比如 CHI,AXI, AHB/APB;了解 core(x86, ARM, RISC-V, etc.)硅前验证为加分项Pre-silicon verification engineerA verification Engineer owns one or more architectural functional blocks on IP or SOC to perform all verification related tasks including creating test cases and test bench using UVM methodology.Responsibilities would include:Develop pre-Silicon functional validation tests to verify system will meet design requirements.Create test plans for RTL validation, define and run system simulation models, and find andimplement corrective measures for failing RTL tests.Develop infrastructure with regressions and volume validation.Identify, document test plans across various platforms - IP library, Complex-IPs and SubsystemsParticipate and contribute to Verification infrastructure and methodology. Adopting Verification tool flows and methodologies and translating the best-in-class verification methodologies from industry to internal deployment such as Formal Verification, Low Power Verification, Performance Verification, Co-SimulationBachelor or Master's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical/Computer Engineering or ComputerScienceExperienced in Verilog, system Verilog, SVA, etc.Familiar with UVM/OVM based verification environment.Experienced in Linux/Unix environment and Perl, Python, shell languages.Understanding SoC NOC and interfaces/Protocol such as CHI, AXI, AHB/APBUnderstanding Pre-Si Verification methodologies on Cores (x86, ARM, RISC-v cores) is a plus.Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong independence and proven ability to set and meet own goals.投递邮箱:leo-chenzy@foxmail.com
