工作职责：

1.Perform regular financial / business reviews including the initiation of countermeasures to close gaps.

2.Preparation of timely, accurate monthly management accounts and other appropriate financial information with analysis.

3.Take responsibility for the financial control of business operations within the business by managing the day-to-day activities.

4.Be required to work closely with various other key stakeholders of the senior management team on ad hoc projects.

5.Prepare rolling forecast, yearly budget on time and update standard cost regularly.

6.Support decision-making by establishing standard reporting & analyses, which support management to understand business performance in different dimensions.

7.Assist in establishing and improving internal control system.

8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求：

1.University graduate with Bachelor or above in accounting or finance major.

2.Minimum 6 years working experience, preferably in foreign enterprises.

3.Minimum 5 years' experience in FP&A and controlling role.

4.Work-knowledge of IFRS and PRC Accounting Standards.

5.Solid working experience with SAP.

6.Good communication skill.

7.Good verbal and written English.

8.Controlling experiences in Industrial manufacturing enterprises and automobile parts manufacturing enterprise controlling experiences is preferable.

9.Responsible, stable, detail oriented, a good teamwork player, CPA or ACCA qualification, auditing work experience and related-industry work experience, any of the above mentioned will be a plus.
