工作内容:
为销售和管理团队提供及时准确的报告和见解,协助现场沟通,并协助销售管理层提出联合业务计划。
协助制定和分析联合业务计划,包括机会评估,行业基准,差距分析。
根据联合业务计划绩效分析关键指标,包括增长来源分配,价格/包装变化,组合变化,运营要素,如缺货或最低订单。
准备并提供有关KBI和管理例程报告的意见。
识别机会,与客户团队进行审查,以便在最终确定并提交给关键利益相关者之前保持一致
支持团队在商店和数字平台上推出创新
Provides timely and accurate reporting and insights to sales and management team, assists with field communication and assists Sales Management in presenting the Joint Business Plan.
Assist in the development & analysis of the Joint Business Plan, including opportunity assessments, industry benchmarking, gap analysis.
Analyze key measures against Joint Business Plan performance including Sources of Growth allocations, price/package variations, mix shifts, operational elements like out of stocks or minimal orders.
Prepare and provide input around KBI and Management Routine reports.
Identifies opportunities, conducts reviews with account team to gain alignment prior to finalization and submission to key stakeholders
Support the team to launch innovations in stores and on digital platforms
职位要求:

Two (2) plus years’ experience in the food and/or CPG industries preferred.
Experience in finance, sales, category management, or business planning analysis are assets
Coca-Cola system experience preferred.
Strong technical/computer skills (i.e., Excel, pivot tables, macros, Access) required.
