This competition aims to take the opportunity to gather global youth here and explore the countryside. Two tracks for entrepreneurship and creativity are respectively set for participants to carry out innovative, enterpreurial and creative design on the basis of rural idle space, industrial format, cultural and tourism brands, rural cultural and creative products and so on, so as to empower the countryside with digitization, light up the countryside with art, promote the growth of rural culture and vitalize the countryside.

本次竞赛分为创意赛道、创业赛道两大赛道，我们遴选了百道乡村赛题，你可以跟着赛题去河南、云南、海南………的乡村。

This competition has set two tracks, the Creativity Track and the Entrepreneurship Track respectively. A hundred of topics are carefully screened, following which you can visit the countryside in Henan Province, Yunnan Province, and Hainan Province, etc.  

创意赛道分为安吉赛区和全国赛区。安吉赛区由安吉全域15个乡镇（街道）优选的27个村组成，全国赛区由13个协办区县20个村组成。从「乡村规划」、「乡村文创」和「人文公益」三个方面对乡村基础设施、公共空间环境提升，乡村文化的在地生长等方向开展创意设计并落地执行。

The Creativity Track is composed of 27 villages from 15 villages and towns (subdistrict) in Anji County, while the national track is composed of 20 villages in 13 co-sponsoring districts and counties throughout the nation. You are required to design and implement your projects around topics like rural infrastructure, public space environment optimization and local development of rural culture from such three perspectives as Rural Planning, Rural Cultural Creation, and Humanities & Public Welfare.

创业赛道集合安吉优势资源，优选灵峰街道、孝丰镇、上墅乡、报福镇、章村镇5个乡镇为赛点，从空间提升、文创设计、文旅品牌打造促进乡村农文旅产业全面发展，助力乡村振兴。

The Entrepreneurship Track gathers Anji County’s advantageous resources and selects Lingfeng Subdistrict, Xiaofeng Town, Shangshu Township, Baofu Town and Zhangcun Town as the match venues. You are anticipated to start your business in terms of Space Optimization, Cultural and Creative Design, and Cultural & Tourism Brand Building, so as to promote the all-round development of rural agricultural, cultural and tourism industries and boost rural revitalization.

Form of teams

必须以团队形式参赛，每支团队人数限3-7人，其中包含1名学生负责人。另每支团队允许1-3名指导老师。

You are required to participate as a team with 3-7 members, including 1 student leader. Additionally, 1-3 guiding teachers are allowed for each team.

· 团队调研补贴

Subsidies for team survey

创业赛道：入围立项团队（30支），每支团队将获得驻村补贴 RMB 7,000 (税前）

For the Entrepreneurship Track: The shortlisted team (30 teams) will be each subsidized by RMB 7,000 (pre-tax) for settlement in the village.

创意赛道：入围决赛团队（200支），每支团队将获得调研补贴 RMB 2,000 (税前）

For the Creativity Track: The finalist team for the last round (200 teams) will be subsidized by RMB 2,000 (pre-tax) for survey.

1.项目申报书：参见附件，须提交作品电子版 Word。

1. The Project Application: Please see the attachment and submit the Application in the form of Word.

2.初赛提交材料：创业赛道中的空间类需提交空间平面设计方案、商业计划书概要；文创类需提交设计书或策划书、商业计划书概要；创意赛道需提交策划书和设计方案。文件规格：须提交作品电子版 Word和PDF 格式文件，不超过40页，不大于 200 MB；如有音视频文件也需一并提交。总文件大小不超过 1G。复赛和决赛提交材料另行通知。

2.Materials for the first round: The space graphic design and business plan outline are necessitated for the Space Category in the Entrepreneurship Track; the design or proposal and business plan outline are necessitated for the Cultural Creation Category; the proposal and design are necessitated for the Creativity Track. Specification: Word or PDF, no more than 40 pages, less than 200MB; AV included. Total size should not exceed 1GB. Materials for the second round and final will be notified later. 

3. 文件命名格式：参赛项目名称+团队负责人姓名。
