主要职责：

* Safety:

1.Abide National, corporate and Taixing site's rules and regulations strictly.

2.Be involved into systems establishing and implementation such as AIMS, essentials or other group standards.

3.Be responsible for the safety of own position and supervise HSEQ performance of subordinates if any.

4.Ensure that timely response of technical review is completed for incident investigations and action items developed and implemented.

5.Key member of PHA team. 

6.Check that team strictly follows the MOC program. Coach others as needed. Lead by example and meet Taixing Leadership Expectations.

7.Make sure site master P&ID is well controlled and updated for any change.

8.Support process safety management.

*Environment: 

1.Support full environmental compliance and optimal environmental performance.   

2.Involve helping to check that permit compliance data and new permit applications are reviewed and are consistent with best engineering practices.

*Site Continuous Improvement: 

1.Be a member of PLT.

2.Work closely with PLT to develop and sustain the site continuous improvement roadmap with support from GC OE team.

3.Organize annual performance cycle program in close cooperation with all functions.

4.Lead the site annual project pipeline development, responsible for project pipeline saving (expected saving value) target setting and tracking by work with FIN team, PLT and project leaders.

5.Support and coach project leaders manage their projects in Quimeo system.

6.Support and actively participate the identified lean six sigma projects, such as coaching, toll gate review and evaluation etc, at least 30%-time for Lean six sigma.

7.Push trained GBs certification progress, Responsible for site GB trained/certified ratio, Trained GB active ratio tracking and report to site management team.

8.Responsible for site key KPIs improvement and tracking, such as YI, COPQ, CUE etc, organize monthly report of the site continuous improvement status in site management meeting, highlight the projects progress, GB active and the support needed.

9.Lean six sigma simple tools training such as Problem solving, 5S etc.

10.Best practices share within site and/or in GC level.

11.Lean six sigma culture building within the site. 

*Operation and Technical: 

1.Maximize operational efficiency and product quality by continuously identifying, evaluating, and proposing ideas for improvement in all technical/ technology/organization areas. 

2.Support Plant initiatives for Process Technology Projects.

3.Assist to operations during plant turnarounds, emergency operations, and any other time technical assistance is required.  

4.Drive OAU goal through a disciplined reliability program, help to define root cause for unplanned events, control that action plans are ongoing, and share with all the team feedback experience.

5.Manage properly QC team and support plant operation for quality control.

*Professional Development: 

1.Develop skills required to support the Taixing site through professional development of technical skills,interpersonal relationship skills, management skills, and community relations. Ensure that specific goals are developed that correspond with Plant objectives and initiatives.

*Others: 

1.Audit and evaluate KPI for Process & QC department. 

2.Work closely with Engineering/MI team to continuously improve management on MI (Mechanical Integrity)

3.Participate into plant PHA reviews based on schedule.

4.Other tasks assigned by the superior

岗位要求：

*Education & Knowledge 

1.Bachelor's degree in chemical process and the related. 

2.Prefer Green Belt certified or have the plan to be trained and certified within 18 Months.

*Skills & Experience 

1.5+ years' experience in Production (continuous process if possible) and process experience is a must.

2.Have the projects management experience such as communication, coordination, execution and follow up, assessment etc.

3.Experience in HESQ regulations.

4.Experience in MOC good practice.

5.Able to listen and communicate at all plant levels.

6.Result oriented: methodology, cost, schedule & organization.

7.Good physical Ability to go in units and enjoy working on site for detailed equipment’s inspections & daily tours.

8.Travel overseas when needed.

9.Chinese and English speaking.

1.Be interesting and willing to work on continuous improvement. 

2.Ability to understand and troubleshoot chemical processing to achieve production goals. 

3.Technical communication to understand detailed process. 

4.Presentation and communication skills are necessary to convey interpretations of process data to convince and control that Taixing site's standards are understood and applied. 

5.Be able to influence and coach across multiple levels and departments within the site.
