1.紫江优秀青年学者（青年领军人才）：
①具有博士学位，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教职，且具有连续3年以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求。
②能胜任本科核心课程讲授任务；在科学研究方面已取得突出学术成果，有较强的团队领导和组织协调能力，创新发展潜力大，具有协助本学科赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力。
③年龄一般不超过40周岁，人文社科类可放宽年龄要求。
1.Zijiang Outstanding Young Scholar (Young Leading Talent):
(1) The candidate should hold a doctorate degree, preferably with a formal faculty position at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate research and development institutions, and have a continuous work experience of more than 3 years. For those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas with outstanding achievements, the work experience requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
(2) The candidate should be capable of teaching core undergraduate courses, have outstanding academic achievements, possess strong team leadership and coordination skills, demonstrate great potential for innovation and further development, and have the ability to promote or lead the relevant discipline towards a world-class level.
(3) The age limit is generally not exceeding 40 years old. For candidates in the humanities and social sciences, the age limit may be flexible.
2.紫江青年学者（青年拔尖人才）：
①具有博士学位，原则上应具有1年及以上的博士后研究经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求。
②已取得同行公认的高水平研究成果，有突出的发展潜质，并有望成为所在学科的青年领军人才。
③年龄一般不超过35周岁，人文社科类可放宽年龄要求。
2.Zijiang Young Scholar (Top Young Talent):
(1) The candidate should possess a doctorate degree, ideally with 1 year or more of postdoctoral research experience. For those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas with outstanding achievements, the work experience requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
(2) The candidate shall have achieved internationally recognized high-level research results, demonstrating outstanding development potential, and the prospect of becoming a young talent in the respective discipline.
(3) The age limit is generally not exceeding 35 years old. For candidates in the humanities and social sciences, the age limit may be flexible.
