商品协调员
工作性质：全职
工作内容：

确保 SSENSE 采购订单在我们的供应商交付窗口内优先排序
与供应商协作，以实施交付窗口并在需要时报告差异
根据运输成本和预计运输时间确定最佳运输方式和承运人
充当仓库和采购团队之间的联络人，协调每周重复和退货，以确保快速周转时间
监控库存水平并将其传达给内部团队
根据需要执行数据输入
Ensure SSENSE purchase orders are prioritized within our supplier delivery windows
Collaborate with vendors to enforce delivery windows and report discrepancies when required
Identify the best shipping methods and carriers based on transport costs and estimated shipping time
Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the buying teams, coordinating weekly repeats and returns to ensure quick turnaround time
Monitor and communicate inventory levels to internal teams
Perform data entry as required

供应链、物流、运输或相关领域的证书
至少2年物流环境经验，进口物流优先
Microsoft Office Suite 中的高级技能（PowerPoint、Excel、Word）
良好的英语和法语书面和口头沟通技巧
高度分析和注重细节
卓越的组织和时间管理技能
能够同时处理多项任务并高效工作以满足最后期限
扎实的人际交往能力，具有建立关系的自然能力
Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
A Minimum of 2 years experience in a logistics environment, import logistics preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Good written and verbal communications skills in both English and French
Highly analytical and detail oriented
Superior organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet deadlines
Solid interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
