Responsibilities
• Media/KOL Management:
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of exte rnal peripherals used in gaming, including keyboa rds, mice, headsets, and other gaming accessoriees.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and KOLs within the g aming and eSports industry.
• Strategize and execute product seeding initiativ es to increase brand visibility and product awaren ess within the eSports community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop com prehensive product seeding campaigns aligned wi th business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of produ ct seeding efforts, providing regular reports and i nsights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor act ivities, and emerging technologies related to exter nal peripherals and eSports.
• Serve as a product expert, providing guidance a nd support to internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for partnershi ps and collaborations with gaming organizations, teams, and events to enhance product exposure.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Com munications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product seeding, preferabl y within the gaming or eSports industry.
• Proven track record of successfully executing PR and social media campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of external peripherals use d in gaming, including keyboards, mice, headsets, and other gaming accessories.
• Established network of contacts within gaming media outlets, influencers, and KOLs.
• Strong understanding of the eSports landscape, including popular games, teams, events, and tren ds.
• Proven experience in WeChat/Weibo formatting and optimization, with a strong portfolio demonst rating successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of WeChat/Weibo features, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities t o develop innovative product seeding strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
