Air Macau is a regional airline based in Macau SAR, People’s Republic of China. Our network covers 28 cities in the mainland of China and other cities in Asia. There are x23 A320 family aircraft in Air Macau’s fleet consists of x1 A330-300, x12 A321, x10 A320. There are 1414 staffs in Air Macau by the end of MAY2024, coming from 40 countries and regions all over the world. Air Macau has maintained a safe flight record for 29 years since its inception.

The preferred candidate should have：
A. Passenger Sales Specialist
University / College degree or above, education background in Civil Aviation University which major course is Business Administration will be considered as an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin
Excellent computer skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality
Excellent Sales skills, candidate with sales experience in airline or travel agency will be firstly considered
Must be sensitive to the market，be receptive to the new ideas, concepts & changes, must have the ability to adapt initiatives to meet market condition
Must be a team player with a pleasant disposition and possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Must have the ability to analyse and interpret statistical information for presentation to management
Must be able to meet time sensitive deadline
Willingness to work extra hours and travel when needed
Able to perform under pressure to meet last minute arrangement
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and must be committed to teamwork
Friendly, guest focused with good problem solving skills
Willing to work on call for emergencies or when necessary, such like flight irregularity, crisis, etc.
B. Passenger Sales & VIP Service Specialist
Beijing residence will be preferred;
University / College degree or above, education background in Civil Aviation University which major course is Business Administration will be considered as an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin;
Excellent computer skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office;

University / College degree or above
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin
Knowledge and experience related to the operation of We Media Platforms, such as Douyin, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat Official Account, having a solid foundation and the ability to create the original copy, familiar with design software such as PS and capcut (剪映), capable of poster production and short video editing
At least 1 year of live streaming or e-commerce industry experience is preferred，live streaming planning or scene control experience is firstly to be considered
Having an ability of packing online direct sales products, and effectively managing and operating
Effectively utilizing sales data and customer profile for analysis and improving operational effectiveness
Beautiful appearance, well proportioned and fit body, excellent temperament, under 25years old
Excellent communication and expression skills, quick response, high emotional intelligence
Problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit are required
Adaptability, coordination skills, output ability is a plus
