Execute and implement marketing programs to grow lending revenue, lending AR, revolve rate and lending engagement
Partner with Credit and Fraud Risk to ensure profitable lending growth
Work with both internal and external parties to develop ATL and BTL communication and ensure smooth launch of marketing programs
Ensure lending marketing and other activities are compliant with all regulatory and legal reforms as well as internal guidelines and risk requirement
Ensure the HK Credit Card Lending business is compliant with all Regulatory and Legal reforms
Execute and implement lending related system update projects and the new lending capabilities
Handle ad hoc projects and support different team members from time to time as required
Work with Central COE, Credit & Fraud Risk and other LOBs for lending related project execution and implementation

University degree in relevant discipline
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in credit card, financial or consumer industry
Strong marketing and communication skills with project and agency management experience
Outward looking with keen interest on competitive and evolving industry trends for the consumer lending products and services
Fluency in verbal and written communication of English and Cantonese / Chinese
Chinese-character typing skills preferred

Senior Manage，Head of Small Merchant Acquisition

With the long-term goal in growing small merchant coverage, profitability and Active Location-In-Force, you will work alongside with the Director of Merchant Acquisition to develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve business KPI.
Present new strategic ideas to enhance sales productivity, effective pipeline management, improve operational efficiency, driving merchant activation, achieve merchant satisfaction and minimizing channel conflict.
Provide coaching and leadership for Team Leaders in meeting individual and team performance metrics set by the business.
Effectively manage the designated budget given to drive channel acquisition effectiveness.
You are accountable for channel performance forecast and optimize existing CRM capabilities like Merchant force to create visibility of pipeline, wins and target achievements.
Work with key internal stakeholders in building comprehensive analytical capabilities with respect to coverage tracking of key malls and micro-geographies.
Align with card issuers in developing special project to explore new business opportunities.

Bachelor degree or above.
A minimum 3 years’ experience in business sales team management with a proven track record is preferred.
Knowledge or experience in Payment industry will be an advantage.
Strong presentation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet allocated deadlines.
Self-motivated team player with abilities in influencing/negotiating with customers, merchants and internal stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with a strategic line of thinking.
Well-rounded business skills with an in-depth understanding of the American Express merchant base and value proposition.
Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM applications, preferably, Salesforce.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.

Senior Manager, Business Development, Large Market

Developing sound sales strategies by positioning American Express’ best-in-class commercial products and solutions to the target customers
Work closely with leader to create winning strategies to achieve enterprise goals
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the strategies
Work closely with Account Development Team to retain and expand the existing relationship in supplier payment areas with key customers in order to achieve annual spend and growth target
Support execution of American Express strategies in alignment with overall market growth objectives

A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial sales or account development is required
Ability to collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders through excellent communication and relationship building skills
Dynamic personality able to effectively engage a variety of audiences at MNC scale businesses
Strong Knowledge in cross-border payment and financial acumen (financial statement analysis, cash flow)
