1.实验室以及PI介绍:

Dr. Ting Fu 在伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校 (UIUC)Prof. Jongsook Kim Kemper 实验室进行博士研究并取得博士学位,之后在索尔克研究所(Salk Institute)享有国际声誉的核受体之父Prof. Ronald Evans实验室进行博士后研究。博士和博士后研究方向都围绕胆汁酸及其核受体FXR进行,博士期间主要集中于肥胖症,糖尿病以及脂肪肝等代谢类疾病的研究;博后期间主要集中于肠癌,肠炎以及肠道微生物的研究。博士博后期间在NatureCellPNASCell Report, MCB 等杂志发表多篇第一作者研究成果, 亦有合作发表多篇NatureCell MetabolismAging cellCancer Cell 等系列研究文章以及综述文章。

2.研究方向

Fu lab将继续围绕核受体以及胆汁酸研究肠道生理代谢,炎症癌症,以及肠道微生物和其修饰产生的新型胆汁酸的研究中,并聚焦于研发新的小分子化合物(smallmolecular therapy), 免疫调节 (immunomodulators)和肠道微生物相关的治疗和诊断。实验室会利用药物药理工具(pharmacological tools),基因敲除小鼠(genetic tools) ,以及人鼠3D小肠细胞(organoidsPDCOs),黏膜免疫,宿主及微生物组测序等一系列平台和技术去研究肠炎肠癌。更多详情请见:

3.应聘条件
1)博士生职位:鼓励具有分子生物学,细胞生物学,免疫学,人体和动物医学生理学,微生物学等相关背景的本科生或硕士生申请,具有一定研究经验者会优先考虑。GPA至少高于33.2 以上优先考虑。具有良好的英文读写和沟通能力,不需要GRE成绩,TOEFL 成绩(高于95100以上优先考虑) 或者 IELTS成绩(高于6.57以上优先考虑)。希望申请者具有良好的科学素养,严谨学术态度,敬业精神,团队合作意识和沟通协调能力。
