We're looking for a BD (post investment mgt) to join our team! He/she should possess strong networking abilities, a talent to identify opportunities and self-motivation to convert initiatives into reality.

Founded in 2010, CM Venture Capital has since launched a number of successful tech-focused funds. This year, we are embarking on a number of new initiatives supported by policymakers, MNCs and SOEs. As part of our drive to support our portfolio companies and promote low-carbon technology, we will be developing physical infrastructure such as a low-carbon innovation center, and green manufacturing zones. We will also be running events and roadshows to encourage collaboration and build our ecosystem.

BD总监(投后管理总监)

岗位职责：

与LP、投资人、合作伙伴和被投企业建立关系，创造机会，找到共同利益，扩展我们的生态系统，并推动进一步的投资
被投企业赋能平台的建设：包括物理载体和绿色信贷等金融服务
政府和国内LP的投资人关系：包括返投，基金投资，项目落地，论坛等多组合合作
帮助被投企业对接LP产业资源,实现战略部署

岗位要求：

熟悉基金投资业务和生态体系
BD能力和业绩：善于挖掘双方述求，创造双赢，推动落地
和国企/政府合作的经验
优秀的协调，沟通，推动和项目管理能力
跨中西文化的团队协作能力
有基础的英文沟通能力

基本工资+奖金+根据参与附带收益分成

Biz Development Director (Post-Investment Mgt)

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with LPs, investors, partners and portfolio companies, with a purpose to create opportunities, identify mutual benefits, expand our ecosystem and drive further investments
Develop empowerment platforms to support portfolio companies, investments and strategic objectives, which includes the development of physical infrastructure (such as innovation zones or green manufacturing parks) and green finance services
Manage relationships with government, SOEs and domestic LPs, to drive re-investment, fund investments, project implementation, forum participation, and collaborative opportunities
Support portfolio company growth by connecting with LP, government or industry resources to drive strategic objectives

Requirements：

Familiar with VCs, SOEs, fund investment businesses and related ecosystems
Business development capabilities & track record: experience or skills in identifying mutual benefits, creating shared successes, and driving implementation, from concept to delivery
Experience in cooperation with state-owned enterprises/government bodies
Excellent coordination, communication, drive, and project management skills
Ability to collaborate with a cross-cultural/multinational team with domestic and foreign backgrounds
Native Chinese speaker with basic English communication skills

Benefits/remuneration：

Base salary + Bonus + Carried Interest participation
