• 政府和国内LP的投资人关系：包括返投，基金投资，项目落地，论坛等多组合合作
  

• 帮助被投企业对接LP产业资源,实现战略部署

Biz Development Director (Post-Investment Mgt)

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with LPs, investors, partners and portfolio companies, with a purpose to create opportunities, identify mutual benefits, expand our ecosystem and drive further investments

• Develop empowerment platforms to support portfolio companies, investments and strategic objectives, which includes the development of physical infrastructure (such as innovation zones or green manufacturing parks) and green finance services

• Manage relationships with government, SOEs and domestic LPs, to drive re-investment, fund investments, project implementation, forum participation, and collaborative opportunities

• Support portfolio company growth by connecting with LP, government or industry resources to drive strategic objectives

Requirements：

• Familiar with VCs, SOEs, fund investment businesses and related ecosystems

• Business development capabilities & track record: experience or skills in identifying mutual benefits, creating shared successes, and driving implementation, from concept to delivery
  

• Experience in cooperation with state-owned enterprises/government bodies

• Excellent coordination, communication, drive, and project management skills

• Ability to collaborate with a cross-cultural/multinational team with domestic and foreign backgrounds
  

• Native Chinese speaker with basic English communication skills
