Job Roles and Responsibilities：
- Responsible for collecting the requirements of various countries for the optimization of asset system functions, sorting out, analyzing, and submitting to the product department for improvement including following up and confirming the effect of new functions on the line, and outputting the use report
- Responsible for the daily management of the whole life cycle of asset management, including purchase application, acquisition, transfer, maintenance, inventory, scrap, and asset accounting process
- Monitor the stock of assets and the changes in the increase and decrease of assets and make analysis and output analysis reports regularly
- Conduct random checks on assets, output random check analysis reports, and formulate corresponding early warning plans and countermeasures
- Review the disposal of major assets to ensure compliance with the group's management system and process
- Checked monthly asset increase and decrease data with finance and procurement within the group to ensure the consistency of data in the related system of the three parties
- Reviewed the results of asset inventory and audit results and analysis reports
- Prepare and complete the audit work of various assets
