If so, consider joining our summer intern program. We have a number of opportunities available for applicants with a wide variety of degrees, such as Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, and Philosophy!

We’re looking for motivated, energetic students who have the potential to become future leaders at BDA. During your internship, you’ll work on projects that require teamwork, strategic thinking, communication and leadership. 

BDA will help lay the groundwork for a satisfying career after college. For successful candidates, BDA will issue a Return Offer to join us as a full time employee upon graduation.  BDA will also recommand the oustanding summer interns to work in the leading fund as an intern afterwards.

Job Description:

• Participate and play a key role in the execution of consulting projects for financial institutions and/or corporate clients looking for business opportunities in China and other emerging markets in Asia Pacific region

• Conduct both primary and secondary research

• Be part of a dedicated client project team (usually 3-4 people) during the course of the project, and contribute to team spirit and efficiency

• Draft research deliverables under the guidance of Consultants

• Attend client meetings and presentations

• Prepare consulting project proposals

Qualifications:

• Studying in a leading university

• To graduate before the summer of 2024

• Available full time from July to Early September 2023 for internship

• Demonstrate a general understanding of business and investment sense

• Ability to communicate (written and spoken) to a very high standard in  English

• Strong analytical skills and leadership

• Willingness to take on challenges

• Creativity and deep analytical and critical thinking skills

• Good interpersonal skills and team work ability

• PowerPoint and Excel skills

May 4th - May 6th  - Written Test Invitation and Confirmation

May 13th              - Onsite Written Test in Beijing（Only)

May 16-31st          - Interviews in Beijing
