• 数据分析工程师

岗位职责

• 能够根据业务场景定义关键性指标及结果输出并与运营团队紧密合作，采用数据科学方法，解决实际业务问题，为业务创造更大的价值；
• 通过分析整理数据，输出行业内部文章，扩大公司行业影响力；
• 负责抓取，处理NFT相关数据，通过数据分析和算法模型，保障相关结果的预测的准确与稳定；
• 能够从业务、用户的角度思考问题，通过数据分析、机器学习等方法推动产品优化，提升服务体验和运营效率；

Job Description:

• Ability to identify critical KPIs and results based on business needs and work collaboratively with the operation team, leveraging data science methodologies to address real-world business challenges and deliver greater value to the organization.
• Enhancing the company's industry presence by conducting data analysis and constructing internal industry reports/articles.
• Responsibility for crawling, processing NFT related data through data analysis and algorithmic models to ensure the accuracy and stability of the prediction of relevant results.
• Possessing a business and user-focused mindset, and driving product improvement through data analysis, machine learning, and other methods to enhance the service experience and operational efficiency.

岗位要求

• 有产品分析、决策分析经验，数据处理（包括数据获取，数据清洗，特征提取等）经验，具备较强的数据敏感度和数据分析能力。
• 熟练使用Python，SQL等工具，熟悉linux操作系统；
• 具备较强跨团队协作和数据项目推动能力；
• 1年以上区块链/NFT/DAO/Gamefi行业经验；

Position requirements:

• Experience in product analysis, decision analysis, data processing (including data acquisition, data cleaning, feature extraction, etc.), with strong data sensitivity and data analysis skills.
• Expertise in using Python, SQL, and other tools, and familiar with the Linux operating system.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and data project promotion ability.
• A minimum of one year of experience in the Blockchain/NFT/DAO/Gamefi industry.
